    INGREDIENTS (2 SHAKES)

    • 2 apples
    • Agave or coconut syrup (to taste)
    • 1cc cinnamon
    • 100ml water
    • 250 ml sugar-free almond drink
    • 2CS coconut yogurt
    • 1/2cc vanilla essence
    • 2CS almond butter
    • 1-2 dates
    • 1CS flax seeds
    • 1CS oat flakes

    PREPARATION FOR A QUICK AND DELICIOUS DESSERT

    In a container, put the apples cut into medium pieces with the cinnamon, a little water to cover the fruit and agave or coconut syrup. Cook over medium heat until softened. You can also do this step in the microwave in a suitable container. You will have some delicious caramelized apples.

     

    Put the mixture in a processor, add the apples along with the rest of the ingredients. You can serve it with granola, it is spectacular!

    • 1 cup of oat flakes
    • 8 to 10 Medjoul dates
    • Zest of half an orange
    • Juice of 1 orange
    • Chopped cashews
    • 1CS Cordyceps powder
    • 2CS honey or coconut syrup, date syrup, sugar-free syrup
    • 1cc ginger
    • pinch salt
    • Grated coconut to decorate

    PREPARATION FOR A LIGHT AND DELICIOUS DESSERT

    • Soak the dates for approximately 15 minutes.
    •  Process all the ingredients until they form a dough. 
    • Form balls and pass them through grated coconut.

    INGREDIENTS COCOA CREAM (400 ML)

    • 3 or 4 small or medium-sized avocados, neither green nor overripe. 
    • 2 or 3 large spoons of pure cocoa powder. If there is a dietary restriction on cocoa, it can be substituted with carob flour, in which case you will need less honey.
    • 1 or 2 large spoons of Hericium Digest or mix with Reishi and/or Cordyceps.
    • 2 or 3 tablespoons of raw honey, on a vegan diet with agave or other syrup.
    • Pinch of unrefined salt.

    Optional: 

    • hazelnuts, walnuts, sunflower or pumpkin seeds…
    • cinnamon, vanilla powder.
    • coconut milk or vegetable drink, oats… if you like it less thick

    PREPARATION

    • Remove the pulp from the avocados and put them in the crusher.
    • Add the pure cocoa powder,
    • powdered mushrooms,
    • Honey
    • and a pinch of salt.
    • Blend with all the ingredients. Try it and adjust to personal taste, you can add more honey or more cocoa, even a little vegetable drink.

    CRUNCHY CHRISTMAS DESSERT INGREDIENTS

    • 2 bananas
    • 2 eggs
    • 40 g oat flakes. You can use buckwheat flour or other whole wheat flour.
    • 1CS Reishi Antiox Hifas da Terra
    • 10 g almond flour
    • 100 g cooked beet
    • Grass butter, ghee or coconut oil to brush the waffle iron

    PREPARATION

    • Put all the ingredients in a blender glass and beat until it becomes creamy.
    • Heat the waffle maker and brush it with oil. Spread the dough and make your waffles, repeating the brushing process each time you put dough on it.
    • Accompany your waffles with yoghurt, berries and nut butter

    CRUNCHY CHRISTMAS DESSERT INGREDIENTS

    • 200 ml coconut cream
    • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
    • 50 ml of sugar-free almond drink
    • 1 banana
    • 4 sheets of neutral gelatin
    • 2 tablespoons of the superfood ‘Lion’s Mane’
    • A little chlorella powder if you want to give it a green touch

    For the jam:

     

    Heat frozen red fruits with the juice of half a lemon and 2 fingers of water. Then beat at maximum speed, you can add a little artisan honey or dates if you need it.
