The vaginal microbiota forms an intimate ecosystem that influences women’s health, mood, vitality and strength. The emergence of infections, recurrent episodes, candidiasis, discomfort and the uncomfortable effects of post-antibiotic use, oral contraceptives, etc. can cause bacterial dysbiosis, an imbalance of the bacteria that inhabit the vagina. Lactobacilli play the role of a protective shield for our vaginal mucosa. When they become unbalanced, this can lead to the overgrowth of certain microorganisms and the entry of pathogens.

Ingredients per capsule: Organic powder of Ganoderma lucidum carpophore (200 mg); vegetable-based capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); dried leaf and stem extract of Salvia lavandulifolia (53.33 mg) (8 mg ursolic acid); D-Mannose; Inulin (45 mg); Anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids); Maltodextrin; Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14° (8 x 109 CFU*); Vitamin C (as L-ascorbic acid) (12 mg, 15% NRV*); Lactobacillus crispatus (1 x 109 CFU*); Lactobacillus gasseri (1 x 109 CFU*); Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001™ (2 x 109 CFU*); Vitamin A (as retinol acetate) (121 ug, 15% NRV*).

Vitamin A contributes to the normal functioning of mucous membranes and vitamin C to the normal functioning of the immune system.
SIMPLE AND EASY: HOW TO TAKE HIFAS-INTIMA
Recommended use: 1 capsule per day, on an empty stomach before main meals. Avoid taking alongside medicines and other fibre-based food supplements.
Important: take at least 2 hours before taking antibiotics.
Recommended duration of treatment: minimum 3 months. The health professional may indicate a different duration depending on the needs.

- Can be used as an adjunctive treatment alongside antibiotics/antifungals in case of infections of the vaginal area, urinary tract or other types of infections.
- Women who are prone to recurrent vaginal and/or urinary tract infections.
- Women who wish to maintain a balanced vaginal flora to preserve adequate pH levels and lubrication.
Acute phase: In cases of imbalance or infections, 2 capsules/day for at least 15 days. It is recommended to continue taking 1 capsule a day for 3 months to help maintain and balance the vaginal flora.
For maintenance of the vaginal flora: 1 capsule/day for 3 months.
