Do you want to prepare some energy bars in your own home? This is our proposal of the week, in which we combine one of our favorite cereals, oats, with shiitake and raisins. Ideal for snacks, especially before sports.

Ingredients to make the bars paste

  • Half a cup of sunflower oil or corn (butter can also be used)
  • A cup of ecological brown sugar
  • A cup and a half of whole wheat flour
  • Half teaspoon of bicarbonate
  • Half teaspoon of salt
  • A cup and a half oatmeal (Quick Cooking)

Preparation

Turn on the oven to 190 ºC. Cover the oven tray with baking paper. In a bowl, mix the oil (or butter) with the sugar and beat. Add the flour, bicarbonate and salt now. Once all ingredients are well mixed, incorporate oats and a tablespoon of water.

When the pasta is well linked, divide the mixture into two. Extend a part on the oven tray. Incorporates the shiitake filling and raisins. Before putting the second layer of the pasta, add a tablespoon of water to make it easier to extend. Cover the filling and bake at 190 ºC for 35 minutes.

Ingredients for shiitake filling and raisid grapes

  • Half cup of ecological brown sugar
  • A tablespoon of fine cornmeal (cornstarch type)
  • A cup of water
  • 150 g of dehydrated shiitake
  • Half cup of raisid grapes

Preparation

Hys the shiitake 24 hours before elaboration.

Mix the water well with cornmeal and add half a cup of raisins with the already sneaking shiitake. Cook over medium heat, while stirring, until the mixture wins thick. Let the mixture cool.

Ingredients for cinnamon glaze

  • A cup of icing sugar
  • A teaspoon of cinnamon dessert

Preparation
