DELIVERY POLICY
At Hifas Da Terra S.L., a company with a long-standing tradition in the cultivation and sale of natural mushroom-based products, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders in optimal condition and within the agreed timeframes, always upholding the quality and rigour that characterise our brand. Below, we set out the terms and conditions relating to the delivery of our products.
1. Scope of Application and Delivery Coverage
Hifas Da Terra S.L. delivers both nationally – mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, excluding the Canary Islands – and to various countries across Europe, including the following:

In accordance with current regulations and the specific shipping policies governing transport and logistics services in each region.
The Customer, a term hereinafter used to refer to the purchaser or buyer of our products, may select their delivery address at the time of purchase via our website www.hifasdaterra.com.
In the Canary Islands, orders will only be dispatched via regional partners.
2. Shipping Costs
The costs associated with the delivery of our products will depend on the destination, the volume of the order and other logistical factors that may influence the final rate. These costs will be calculated and clearly shown during the purchase process, allowing the Customer to be fully aware of the total price of their order before confirming it.
In certain cases, and as a courtesy to our Customers, promotions or free delivery may be offered under specific conditions, such as exceeding a minimum purchase amount or as part of specific promotional campaigns (promotional codes, vouchers). These exceptions will be duly communicated and specified in this delivery policy, and include the following:
3. Delivery Times
The estimated time for receiving the products will vary depending on the delivery destination. As a general rule, the following delivery times apply:

Mainland Spain and Portugal: between 2 and 3 working days from order confirmation.

Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: between 3 and 7 working days.

Canary Islands: 2 weeks

European destinations: between 3 and 7 working days, depending on the specific transport and customs conditions of the destination country.
These delivery times are for guidance only and may be subject to change due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions or logistical delays on the part of transport companies. In any case, Hifas Da Terra S.L. undertakes to inform the Customer of any delays that may occur.
Orders placed before 11:00 am, provided payment has been confirmed, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am, once payment has been confirmed, will be dispatched from the warehouse on the working day following their processing.
The product will only be dispatched once payment has been received.
3.2. Public holidays
The delivery time always refers to working days and therefore does not include weekends or public holidays, in accordance with the calendar of national and regional public holidays in each country.
4. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once the purchase has been confirmed and payment processed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email detailing the products purchased, the order number and the estimated delivery time. We will also provide a tracking number so that the Customer can monitor the status of their shipment in real time via the platform of the carrier responsible for the delivery.
The delivery service is provided by external transport operators, with whom Service Level Agreements have been established. Should the Customer not receive the order within the stipulated maximum timeframe, they shall be entitled to request a full refund of the amount paid via the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Delivery Terms
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase process. It is of the utmost importance that this address is complete and correct, as any error or omission in the details provided may cause delays in delivery, with the Customer being liable for any additional costs arising from such inaccuracies.
If delivery cannot be made due to the recipient’s absence, the courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to collect the parcel or arrange a new delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
In the unfortunate event that the Customer receives their order in poor condition (visible damage to the parcel) or notices any anomaly, they are advised not to accept the delivery and to notify Hifas Da Terra S.L. immediately so that we can initiate the necessary procedures with the courier company and proceed with the replacement of the product or the most appropriate solution.
Similarly, if the Customer has not received their order within the specified timeframes, they should contact our Customer Service Department so that we can carry out the necessary checks and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Customs and International Formalities
For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, additional customs charges, duties, local taxes or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or in the delivery charges shown during the purchase process.
The customer is responsible for finding out in advance about any import charges applicable in their country and for paying these charges in full where applicable.
Hifas Da Terra cannot control or predict the amount of these additional costs, which will be handled by the customs authorities of the destination country.
